Our regular domestic cleaning is charged at £27 per cleaner, per hour, with a minimum visit of 2 cleaning hours (£54). Standard cleaning products, materials and equipment are included.
All new regular domestic customers start with an Initial Home Clean, following a free home consultation. We agree the areas to be cleaned, priorities and time needed before booking.
Your initial clean is quoted separately from the regular maintenance price shown below. Routine cleaning includes accessible bathroom, kitchen, living-area and floor surfaces. Intensive descaling, grout restoration, dismantling fixtures, internal appliance cleaning and carpet extraction are not automatically included; we will identify and quote any extras in advance.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly maintenance cleaning is available. Tell us your preferred frequency and a few details about your property and we’ll recommend an appropriate amount of cleaning time for each visit.
Free home consultation before you start. We’ll visit you to see your home, understand what you’d like us to focus on and recommend the right amount of cleaning time. We’ll then confirm your agreed cleaning hours and price per visit before your first clean. Extra time is never added without your agreement.
Specialist detail and restorative cleans are individually assessed and quoted following a free visit. Any applicable out-of-hours or Sunday arrangements will always be discussed and confirmed as part of your quotation.

A deep clean is suited to homes that haven't been regularly maintained for a while, or where areas have developed heavier dust, limescale, grime or other build-up. These cleans naturally take longer because we're working to bring the home back to a manageable standard.
Deep cleans are individually assessed and quoted. Because every home and starting condition is different, we'll arrange a free visit to see the property, understand what needs attention and agree exactly what's included before providing your price.
Before we set up a new regular domestic clean, we arrange a free, no-obligation home consultation. We’ll walk through the property with you, understand your priorities, access and any specific requirements, then agree the cleaning schedule and recommended number of cleaning hours before your first clean.
After your free home consultation, we confirm the recommended cleaning time and visit price in your personalised quotation. You can review the details, ask questions and digitally sign your quotation in your secure CNP Customer Portal. Then choose preferred dates for your first clean; we’ll confirm availability before booking. Your signed quotation is your record of the agreed service.
CNP Services supplies the professional cleaning products, materials and equipment required for your clean, so you don't need to provide anything. If you have particular products you'd prefer us to use in your home, just let us know.

If a home hasn't been regularly maintained, a standard maintenance visit may not provide enough time to tackle existing build-up as well as maintain the rest of the property.
Where appropriate, we may recommend an initial deep clean before beginning your regular maintenance schedule. This lets us tackle the areas that need extra attention first, then move onto an efficient ongoing routine designed around your home.
If you’re not completely happy, please let us know within 24 hours of our team leaving your property. We’ll return promptly to put things right, completely free of charge. Our priority is making sure you’re 100% satisfied with the end result.

Use CNP Services across your home and benefit from preferential pricing. Use two CNP home services and receive 5% off qualifying specialist work; use three or more and receive the maximum 10%. Domestic Cleaning counts towards the package tier but is not discounted. Other selected services remain at their normal agreed price. Bookings scheduled for a Sunday or a UK bank holiday carry a 25% uplift on the standard service price. This applies across all CNP Services, including domestic, specialist, commercial and property-care work. If a date is both a Sunday and a bank holiday, the uplift applies once only. A separate out-of-hours surcharge does not stack with this uplift; where both would apply, the 25% Sunday/bank holiday uplift is used. We show any date-related price adjustment before a booking is confirmed. Preferred dates are requests, not confirmed appointments, and CNP will review availability and the final price with you.
