Choose 6 months for a seasonal refresh or 12 months for our best-value complete care plan. Your final plan is confirmed after we check the property and agreed areas.
Used to estimate a whole-home carpet clean. Exact carpeted areas are confirmed before the plan starts.
Exterior cleaning has a £100 minimum booking value. Re-sanding, specialist treatments and sealing are not included in this estimate.
The 12-month estimate includes two professional carpet cleans, one standard exterior clean and one emergency cleaning call-out. Home Care Plan pricing is separate from regular Domestic Cleaning. Plan savings replace the Whole Home relationship saving on included services and cannot be stacked with other promotional discounts.
Simple monthly payments
Direct Debit via GoCardless
Your agreed CNP Home Care Plan is paid monthly by Direct Debit, securely managed through GoCardless. Once your final plan and price are confirmed, we’ll send you the Direct Debit setup instructions. Using this calculator or sending an enquiry does not start a plan or create a Direct Debit. Your confirmed plan will set out the service schedule, fixed term and cancellation arrangements before you commit.
Planned carpet careOne carpet clean on the 6-month plan or two on the 12-month plan.
Planned exterior careOne scheduled exterior clean during either plan term for the agreed area.
Emergency cleaning support6-month members receive priority access. 12-month members receive one included emergency cleaning call-out for one affected area, subject to availability and plan terms. The included 12-month call-out becomes available after the first three monthly plan payments have been successfully collected; before then, priority access is available at the normal emergency-cleaning charge.
