Each visit is about maintaining the standard we have agreed: dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, appropriate floor cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and the bedrooms and living areas included in your service. The aim is that everyday cleaning never gets the chance to become a bigger job.
Some fortnights the bathroom needs extra attention; another time it may be dust, skirtings or a room that has had heavier use. Tell us what matters that week and we can adjust the focus while still looking after the overall home.
We agree a fixed price for the maintenance service after understanding the property. Catherine brings the standard equipment, products and materials needed, so you are not stocking a cleaning cupboard for us or watching an hourly meter.
