We’re Peter and Catherine, the people behind CNP Services — an independent, owner-operated cleaning and property-care business based around Devizes.
Before CNP, we both spent years in corporate environments. Catherine’s background is in operational excellence, improving how businesses work and the experience they provide. Peter’s background spans IT, consulting, sales and professional services, with a focus on understanding customer requirements and building services around them.
Eventually, we decided we wanted to take that experience and build something of our own.

Catherine began developing a domestic cleaning business and building relationships with local customers. From there, we saw an opportunity to create something broader: a professional, well-run local business capable of looking after more of a customer’s home or property.
We’ve taken the standards we valued in our previous careers — organisation, clear communication, reliable processes and good customer service — and combined them with hands-on cleaning experience and professional equipment.
