If your landlord, letting agent or check-out report identifies an eligible cleaning issue in an area included in your CNP clean, tell us within 72 hours of the inspection and give us the opportunity to return. We’ll re-clean the affected area free of charge.
That means extra reassurance at handover — if an eligible part of our clean doesn’t meet the required standard, we’ll come back and put it right.
The guarantee covers cleaning work completed by CNP Services. It does not guarantee the return of your entire tenancy deposit and does not cover damage, fair wear and tear, rent, missing items, permanent staining or other non-cleaning deductions. Full conditions are in our Terms & Conditions.
Prepared for the next chapter
We also clean internal windows and sills, radiators, accessible light fittings and hard floors, followed by a final vacuum and mop. Empty, defrosted fridges and freezers can be cleaned internally, with cupboard interiors included as standard.
