3. Important plan terms

Fixed term: this is a 6 or 12-month service agreement paid by monthly instalments; it is not pay-as-you-go cleaning.

Scheduling: included services are scheduled across the agreed term rather than all being supplied at the start.

Early termination: if the plan ends early, CNP Services may reconcile the standard undiscounted value of services already supplied against payments received. This can leave a balance payable. Future services are not simply charged as though they had already been supplied.

Direct Debit: cancelling a GoCardless Direct Debit does not itself settle amounts properly due under the service agreement.

Discounts: the Home Care Plan saving replaces Whole Home/other promotional savings on the included work and does not stack with them.

I confirm that the plan reference, term, monthly payment, total plan price and included services above match the Home Care Plan quotation I have agreed with CNP Services. *I have read and agree to the CNP Services Terms & Conditions, including the Home Care Plan fixed-term, payment, early-termination/reconciliation and emergency call-out provisions. *I understand that monthly payments will be collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless after I complete the separate Direct Debit mandate. *

Starting work during a statutory cancellation period

Only tick the box below if you want CNP to begin providing your plan services before any applicable statutory cancellation period has ended. Leaving it unticked does not prevent you accepting the plan; CNP will simply schedule services accordingly.

I expressly request CNP Services to begin providing services during any applicable statutory cancellation period. I understand that, if I later exercise a statutory right to cancel, I may have to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied at my request where the law permits.
