Professional carpet cleaning
Professional heated extraction cleaning for fitted carpets using our KleenRite Edge 3 Heat and Prochem professional carpet-cleaning products, including bedrooms, living areas, halls, stairs and landings where present. Standard stain treatment is included where appropriate.

Your quote is based on property size, bathrooms, carpet coverage and condition. These guide prices include the full property clean and professional carpet cleaning where carpets are present.

Extra reassurance at handover
Our End of Tenancy service includes our Cleaning Deposit-Back Guarantee. If your landlord, letting agent or check-out report identifies an eligible cleaning issue in an area included in your CNP clean, tell us within 72 hours of the inspection and give us the opportunity to return. We’ll re-clean the affected area free of charge.
The guarantee covers cleaning work completed by CNP Services. It does not guarantee the return of your entire tenancy deposit and does not cover damage, fair wear and tear, rent, missing items, permanent staining or other non-cleaning deductions. Full conditions are in our Terms & Conditions.
Prepared for the next chapter
We also clean internal windows and sills, radiators, accessible light fittings and hard floors, followed by a final vacuum and mop. Empty, defrosted fridges and freezers can be cleaned internally, with cupboard interiors included as standard.
Optional or separately assessed work: heavy oven deep cleaning, exterior windows, rubbish removal, mould remediation, wall washing, specialist hard-floor restoration and exceptionally heavy or neglected properties.
